We take pride in our team of dedicated professionals. All our coaches are qualified teachers or have extensive experience working in school settings. We carefully select our staff members to ensure they not only possess the necessary expertise but also share our passion for working with children.

Our focus isn’t just on sport. It’s about encouraging teamwork, resilience, respect and a love of being active. Whether your child is sports mad or simply wants to have fun during the school holidays, our sessions are planned to ensure everyone feels included, challenged and supported.
MR ALKER
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Hello! I'm Mr Alker, founder of Sports Link Group.
I’ve spent the last 15 years working as a Primary School Teacher, where I’ve had the privilege of helping children learn and develop every day. My passion is teaching PE, so I now dedicate my time to delivering sports sessions for children.
I love working with children and nothing is more rewarding than seeing children smiling, making new friends and having fun through sport.
When I’m not coaching or planning sessions, you’ll usually find me playing padel or spending time with my friends and family.
MR THOMPSON
MULTI-SPORTS COACH
Mr Thompson brings valuable coaching experience to Sports Link, having previously coached at Luton Town Academy. As well as football, he also enjoys teaching cricket and athletics, delivering fun and engaging sessions for children of all abilities.
Outside of coaching, he’s a passionate Luton Town supporter and enjoys a bit of friendly competition on the golf course.
MR MOORE
MULTI-SPORTS COACH
Mr Moore brings the fun and keeps spirits high at our multi-sports camps. A keen footballer, he currently plays for Kempston and loves sharing his passion for the game. Alongside football, he also enjoys teaching basketball and dodgeball, creating energetic sessions that children love.
MRS ALKER
MULTI-SPORTS COACH
Mrs Alker brings over 40 years of experience as a Primary School Teacher and has also worked as a Primary PE Consultant. She specialises in teaching Early Years and athletics and provides invaluable support and expertise to our coaching team. She also has decades of playground games to keep children active, engaged and having fun.
Outside of Sports Link, Mrs Alker is a competitive rower and was named Milton Keynes Masters Sportsperson of the Year. She also won silver medals in the 500m and 2K indoor rowing events at the World Championships.
